Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels, and our trainers are there to guide you through every movement. You're welcome to go at your own pace, and modifications are always available. For your very first class, we recommend coming to FS8 Original or FS8 ReformX, as these are the most beginner-friendly workout styles.
All classes at FS8 Enge are taught in English.
Our studio is highly international, and English is used for all coaching, instruction, and communication, making it easy for both local and international members to feel at home from day one.
Our 5-Class Intro Offer (CHF 89) is designed to help new clients experience the FS8 method. All five classes must be used within 15 days of the first class you attend. You can purchase your trial here.
No. The Intro Offer is assigned to a specific person and cannot be transferred.
If you purchased your trial online, you have a 14-day withdrawal period, provided you have not used any classes. Beyond that, refunds and partial refunds are not possible.
If you late cancel a class, you will lose your credit for that class.
If you no-show during your Intro Offer, don't worry — we won't charge the CHF 5 no-show fee this one time. After your Intro Offer ends, missing a class will incur the standard no-show fee.
A single drop-in class is CHF 41. You can purchase a drop-in on our website here.

Classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance through our booking platform. We recommend securing your spot early, as classes can fill quickly.
There are a few possible reasons: the class may be fully booked (you can join the waitlist), your membership or trial may have expired, or there may be an issue with the payment details on your account.
Please send us a message on WhatsApp (+41 79 672 44 33) so we can look into it together and find a solution.
Make sure you've registered with the correct email address and that you've selected FS8 Enge as your studio in the app. If the issue persists, please send us a message on WhatsApp (+41 79 672 44 33) so we can look into it together and find a solution.
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance for classes before 11:00am, and at least 4 hours in advance for classes after 11:00am. Cancellations made outside of this window are considered late cancellations, and the credit will be lost.
If you don't attend a booked class, this is considered a no-show. If you're on an Intro Offer, no worries — we understand this can happen and we try to be flexible.
For members and class pack holders, a symbolic fee of CHF 5 will be charged in case of a no-show.
We encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist, as there's a great chance you'll still get a spot. Don't worry, you'll only be charged the credit if you're confirmed into the class.
Please note that the waitlist can move you into a class up to one hour before the start time. If your plans change, just remember to remove yourself from the waitlist so you don't lose a credit due to a late cancellation.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class. This gives us enough time to show you around the studio, explain the Reformer, and answer any questions you may have. That way, you'll feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy your session from the moment class begins.
Yes. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene, to prevent slipping during class. If you don't have any, you can purchase a pair directly at our studio.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Shoes are not needed during class, but grip socks are required.
Our FS8 Enge studio is fully equipped with premium facilities:
Everything is designed to support your full studio experience, before and after class.
Many of our members continue training with us while recovering from minor injuries or physical limitations. Our coaches are trained to provide modifications and alternative exercises when needed, so in many cases it's absolutely possible to participate safely.
We always recommend checking with your doctor or physiotherapist first if you're unsure whether exercise is appropriate for your specific injury.
If you decide to join a class, simply let your coach know about the injury beforehand so they can keep it in mind and offer suitable modifications where needed.
While we don't have dedicated parking at the studio, street parking in the Enge area can be quite limited during our busiest session times.
For those driving, we suggest exploring the following local options:
We always recommend arriving with plenty of time to find a spot so you can start your workout stress-free.
If a lost item is found, we'll keep it at the studio for up to three weeks. You're welcome to check with our team during your next visit, and we'll be happy to help you look for it. Due to limited storage space, any unclaimed items may be donated or otherwise responsibly disposed of after the three-week holding period.
